YOUTH INITIATIVES

The ADAPT Club was awarded a grant through the Department of Health and Human Services to conduct tobacco prevention trainings and reduce youth access to tobacco in their community.

Club members attend prevention conferences across the country to learn the science behind prevention and to develop evidence-based plans to address substance use issues in their community.

Whether it's hosting information booths, creating prevention messaging, or facilitating Generation Rx trainings at local middle schools, the ADAPT Club is passionate about educating the next generation of preventionists!

Our 417 SQUAD youth club participated in the STOP project in Taney County by placing stickers warning adults of underage drinking and serving minors in local retail stores.
